Swati, a post graduate in business management from one of the premier institutions in India, has extensive experience in finance, insurance, education, IT, human resource, administration, data analysis and supply chain industry for over 10 years. Her multi-industry experience is her strength to provide unique insights into her professional work. She had experience working in Japanese and Korean companies and at different roles across country. Her experience includes planning, organizing, implementing, coordinating and enhancing compliance across business processes with different organizations.
Swati is responsible for coordinating daily operations, project coordination, cost analysis, resource management, operation scheduling, risk analysis and data analysis for projects undertaken by Nucleion in India and 17 countries where Nucleion conducts operations. She is responsible for Human Resource, Finance, Administration, Risk Analysis and Due Diligence projects. She joined Nucleion in 2020. She is a “people’s” person with prime focus on fulfilling business requirement and team building.
