Martin Onyoin

Martin Onyoin, a dedicated professional in the field of welfare, is a seasoned Research, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Social Development Specialist with over thirteen years of extensive experience. Throughout his career, Martin has collaborated with esteemed National, International, and United Nations (UN) agencies, including UNDP, USAID, UNICEF, Plan International Uganda, and WHO. His expertise spans diverse areas, from poverty reduction through agro-based livelihoods and child-centered development to addressing critical issues such as health, empowerment, rights, and social justice. He is also well-versed in governance and institutional gender mainstreaming.
