Dr. Madhu is a Development Professional from India with over 25 years of experience in strategic planning and policy advocacy, portfolio management and programme formulation in health, HIV/AIDS, child welfare /protection, women empowerment, poverty reduction, social protection, sustainable livelihoods, access to basic services. Her rich experience in these areas has rendered familiarity about the policy discourses around these issues. She has strong hands-on policy analysis and designing strategic inputs. She has an extensive experience in project management major focus on gender and inclusion in Government and non-government sector. She has been involved in background research, media backgrounders, preparation of expression of interest, technical proposal, evaluation designs and financial proposal for business development. With a noteworthy career in Government sector and UN and the World Bank, Dr. Madhu has consistently demonstrated her commitment to advancing vital global agendas and driving positive social change.
