Oliver has a proven track record of successfully implementing and coordinating gender and socially responsive development projects aimed at poverty reduction, livelihood enhancement, and food and nutrition security. He has spearheaded the integration of Human Rights Based Approaches (HRBAs) and measures for Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA).
