Pontšo is a Local and International Consultant who supports organisations in the areas of child protection, social protection, qualitative research and systems strengthening, hailing from Lesotho. She has provided her consultancy services to development partners and international organizations including UNICEF, Oxford Policy Management, Forcier Consulting, Save the Children International and Action Against Hunger.
She has over thirteen years of experience in the Public Sector, Private Sector, Academia and INGOs covering Southern Africa and West Africa. Pontso has provided supervision to Gender and Social Inclusion Specialists and provided technical backstopping on developing of social inclusion manuals and training to government officials and civil society. She has undertaken research studies, policy briefs, information knowledge management, trainings, advocacy missions and awareness campaigns on legislation, child protection and social protection including GBV, human trafficking etc. Pontšo has also represented Lesotho on numerous international platforms, showcasing her commitment to global collaboration and her capacity to drive positive change on an international scale.
