Ms. Seerat Mir is a law graduate from a leading university of the country, O.P. Jindal Global University, Haryana, India.

Prior to joining Nucleion in 2019, she worked with a leading law firm in India and handled cases related to criminal investigations and intellectual property at District courts and Delhi High court .

She presently leads Brand Protection and Investigations practice at Nucleion and has been involved in conduct of more than 60 investigations in India and abroad on behalf of the company. Her successful investigtions in India and abroad include undercover operations on behalf of an International Testing organization, wherein she inducted herself into a group of individuals engaged in unauthorised leakage of test papers and collected information which led to busting of organized cheating network operating in UAE, Jordan, Egypt and Lebanon. In India she managed and personally conducted investigation on organized criminal activity of counterfeiting products for Nucleion’s clients which led to legal action and arrest of more than 30 individuals engaged in organized counterfeiting. Her other operations include investigations related to fraud/ collusion by employees of Nucleion’s clients.

Seerat is responsible for coordinating daily operations, project coordination, operation scheduling, and execution of investigations undertaken by Nucleion in India and 17 countries where Nucleion conducts operations.
